  • You’ll be notified on the platform that someone is interested in your listing and is ready to contact you to agree on further purchase details.

  • When receiving the payment, pack your item carefully and according to all shipping requirements to avoid any kind of breakage.
  • Ship the item with the method that you agreed with the buyer.
  • Don’t forget to leave feedback.

Listing An Item

How Do I List An Item?

Follow these important steps while listing your item:

  • Photos

Upload informative photos and ensure their quality. Keep in mind to show the entire item, avoid stock images – use your own instead. Take photos of the item from several different angles to provide a broader view of the item. Try attaching some close-ups of important features. Show all the defects if there are any. Remember, that if you don’t mention them, the buyer might want to cancel the order.

Make sure to describe your item correctly.

Choose A defining title

Here is a perfect formula: Make + Model + Year/Condition + Part(s) name

Members often search for a specific brand item. Select a correct brand to find more potential buyers. Provide a detailed and searchable description.

  • Condition

Mention defects, if there are any, add more information about the materials, year of production, colours or history of the item. Add measurements.

Provide an honest item condition. Note, that buyers might cancel the order and return the item if its condition is significantly worse than you listed.

How Do I Buy The Item?

Chat with the seller and clear up any questions you have regarding the item. You can always offer a new price or buy the item straight away. 

Remember to ask all the questions you have about the item so you feel comfortable with your purchase. It saves you time because you gather all the info before the package appears on your doorstep. You can ask for extra photos or details too!

When you make your purchase, you’ll need to make a payment first. Agree with the seller on the shipping method and make sure to provide the correct delivery address. Now just wait for your item to arrive. Don’t forget to leave feedback!

Finding an item

How to find a specific item? 

Look for items using keywords or hashtags in search, search by location or follow specific members, use filters to find items by brand/type/colour/price.

Blocking and reporting

How can I block another member on Yepau?

You can block another member if someone spams, uses insulting language against you or harasses you. Just simply go to the member’s profile and click the information icon and then select ‘block’.

The blocked member will no longer be able to send you messages or buy your listed items. 

How can I report another member? 

You can report another member when:

Private messages contain any kind of discrimination, inappropriate or sexual content, requests for any private information, spam or fraudulent activity;

When you suspect that member’s activity violates our Terms and Conditions or seems to be a threat to the whole Yepau community;

A member uses improper username, profile description or having multiple accounts.

For reporting a member, go to the member’s profile and click the information icon to submit a report request for removing a member’s account from Yepau permanently.
